It was the second time at the hotel. We are satisfied with absolutely everything: friendly staff, quiet and clean, great breakfast, spas. For objective reasons, there was no massage. Despite the fact that many hotels have closed, our work, despite the small number of guests. THANK YOU! We hope to come back here again, because we are satisfied with absolutely everything in this hotel.

Every detail, the service was good and the staff was willing to help. We got neat and airy room with a view. The location was decent, for example, Mirror was within walking distance of the hotel.

It has a pleasant and warm atmosphere; enjoyed the pool in the mornings; staff ready to help if needed; great effort made in public relations; very clean. Shops in hotel are very good.
Breakfast - I found it a bit lacking. Toaster was broken for at least two days; artificial juice is a down but I realize in some countries this is what there is; I think you would benefit by having a person at the breakfast room ready to help direct guests to findings what they are looking for - the design of the room is a little confusing. For those who don't know, it would help to have instructions as to how to use the spa.
